Heather McCubbin has spent more than 20 years leading and developing teams of healthcare professionals with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences and improving operational efficiency. Creating positive outcomes for both patients and employees has always been a top priority for Heather, a commitment that led to her being recognized as a Colorado “Woman of Distinction in Healthcare” in 2021.

Heather currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations for the North Division of Orthopedic Centers of Colorado. In this role, she oversees not only the operations of OCC – Orthopedic Associates in Denver, but also multiple orthopedic clinics throughout the Northern Front Range. Her leadership supports consistent, high-quality care across the region while driving operational excellence, collaboration, and growth.
